Day 32 - My Hands

The Man in the Mirror Journey
is a journey of walking out of a tomb and recognizing everyday the beauty and significance of how God created us. Instead of rebounding and finding esteem in the arms of someone else, these are the step to seeing it in the arms of God

Day 32
My Hands

1 Timothy 4:14
Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through a prophetic message when the body of elders laid their
hands on you.

The Old Reflection
Job 1:12
The LORD said to Satan, "Very well, then, everything he has is in your hands, but on the man himself do not lay a finger." Then Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.

Lamentations 1:14
"My sins have been bound into a yoke ; by his hands they were woven together. They have come upon my neck and the Lord has sapped my strength. He has handed me over to those I cannot withstand.

God's Response
Acts 5:38
"So I am telling you: Hands off these men! Let them alone. If this program or this work is merely human, it will fall apart, but if it is of God, there is nothing you can do about it—and you better not be found fighting against God!"

Jeremiah 44:8
Why provoke me to anger with what your hands have made, burning incense to other gods in Egypt, where you have come to live? You will destroy yourselves and make yourselves an object of cursing and reproach among all the nations on earth.

Waking up
Isaiah 37:19
They have thrown their gods into the fire and destroyed them, for they were not gods but only wood and stone, fashioned by human hands.

New Reflection
Genesis 16:6
"Your servant is in your hands," Abram said. "Do with her whatever you think best." Then Sarai mistreated Hagar; so she fled from her.

Judges 16:24
When the people saw him, they praised their god, saying, "Our god has delivered our enemy into our hands, the one who laid waste our land and multiplied our slain."

Ezra 10:4
Rise up; this matter is in your hands. We will support you, so take courage and do it."

Nehemiah 6:9
They were all trying to frighten us, thinking, "Their hands will get too weak for the work, and it will not be completed." But I prayed, "Now strengthen my hands."

Isaiah 55:12
You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands

Lamentations 3:41
Let us lift up our hearts and our hands to God in heaven, and say:

Luke 23:46
Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." When he had said this, he breathed his last.

God's Reflection

Wisdom
1 Thessalonians 4:11
Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with yourhands, just as we told you,

1 Timothy 2:8
I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing.

Prayer
2 Corinthians 8:10
So here's what I think: The best thing you can do right now is to finish what you started last year and not let those good intentions grow stale. Your heart's been in the right place all along. You've got what it takes to finish it up, so go to it. Once the commitment is clear, you do what you can, not what you can't. The heart regulates the hands. This isn't so others can take it easy while you sweat it out. No, you're shoulder to shoulder with them all the way, your surplus matching their deficit, their surplus matching your deficit. In the end you come out even. As it is written, Nothing left over to the one with the most, Nothing lacking to the one with the least.
Thank you Lord God for an ON TIME WORD!!!! You place in the hands of your disciples the sword which is the word of God and give our hands an assignment!
We stand on the scripture above which is sooooooo on time!
Walking this road we defeat the enemy with this word
In Jesus name we pray!
Amen!
