Day 43-My Legs

The Man in the Mirror Journey
is a journey of walking out of a tomb and recognizing everyday the beauty and significance of how God created us. Instead of rebounding and finding esteem in the arms of someone else, these are the step to seeing it in the arms of God
Day 43
My Legs

Old Reflection
"'And then to top off all your evil acts, you built your bold brothels in every town square. Doom! Doom to you, says God, the Master! At every major intersection you built your bold brothels and exposed your sluttish sex, spreading your legs for everyone who passed by.

Psalm 7:15
See that man shoveling day after day, digging, then concealing, his man-trap down that lonely stretch of road? Go back and look again—you'll see him in it headfirst, legs waving in the breeze. That's what happens: mischief backfires; violence boomerangs.

Psalm 38:5
The cuts in my flesh stink and grow maggots because I've lived so badly. And now I'm flat on my face feeling sorry for myself morning to night. All my insides are on fire, my body is a wreck. I'm on my last legs; I've had it— my life is a vomit of groans.

My New Reflection
Song of Solomon 5:15
"___________ legs are pillars of alabaster Set on pedestals of pure gold;_________ appearance is like LebanonChoice as the cedars.

Healing in My Reflection
2 Kings 20:4
Isaiah, leaving, was not halfway across the courtyard when the word of God stopped him: "Go back and tell________, prince/princess of my people, 'God's word, ___________! From the God of your ancestor David: I've listened to your prayer and I've observed your tears. I'm going to heal you. In three days you will walk on your own legs into The Temple of God. I've just added fifteen years to your life; I'm saving you from (whatever has been bounding us), and I'm covering this city with my shield—for my sake and my servant _______ sake.'"

Prayer
You walk...and you walk and you legs get weak, just tryn to sustain the journey! I pray for strength to not open our legs and strength to keep our legs planted up right. Simply Lord God this journey has me discouraged today...but I'll keep seeking you, because at this point I said I'd try.
